📧 Today's Email Quota
Google caps how many emails a script can send per day — 100/day on a personal Gmail account, 1,500/day on Google Workspace. Every login OTP, expense approval, and payment advice counts against this. If this runs low, OTPs will start failing until it resets at midnight Pacific Time.

🧹 Server Storage
Every login, OTP, and approval-email leaves a small server record behind. If too many pile up (e.g. from closed browser tabs instead of Logout), the server can run low on space — this shows up as random login/OTP/sync failures. This is checked and cleaned automatically now, but you can also run it manually here any time.
🎧 Content Metadata
Distributor metadata, kept current by re-uploading their CSV/Excel export any time — matched and merged by a unique key so nothing ever gets duplicated.
